Booking Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions apply to all 123 Morocco programs.
Any client who books a tour with 123 Morocco will be subject to the following terms and conditions.

--------------------Reservations & Payment

Reservations require a 50% deposit at least two months prior to arrival.
The balance due 30 days prior to your arrival to Morocco.
Payment can be made by electronic bank transfer or credit/debit card.
Payment by credit card incurs the percentage surcharge levied by our Bank.

--------------------Cancellation policy

If you have to cancel your trip, we must be notified in writing.
All monies will be refunded, less the following cancellation charges.

The cancellation charge is calculated according to the number of days prior to the start date of your travel arrangements that written notice of cancellation is received by us:

More than 56 days: deposit only
42-56 days: 30% of the Price, including the deposit
28-41 days: 40% of the Price, including the deposit
14-27 days: 50% of the Price, including the deposit
07-13 days: 80% of the Price, including the deposit
00-06 days: 100% of the Price, including the deposit

--------------------Booking & Pricing

On receipt of your deposit/payment in full, we will confirm your travel arrangements in writing and issue a detailed itinerary and invoice.
We reserve the right to change the Price, services or other particulars before written confirmation of your booking.
Once confirmed, the Price of your travel arrangements is not subject to further surcharges or increases.
It is essential that you provide passenger names (including forenames) as they appear on passports.
You are responsible for meeting any visa and passport requirements. Information on visa and passport requirements can be obtained from your nearest Moroccan Embassy or
Booking Amendments & Itinerary Changes While In Morocco
Amendments to your booking are not usually possible within 14 days of the start date of your travel arrangements.
If you wish to make an amendment you should contact us as soon as possible, quoting your booking reference, and confirm your request in writing.
For requests made after the original booking is confirmed, we will try to accommodate your wishes but cannot guarantee to do so. You will be liable for any additional costs incurred, together with an administration charge.
If it is not possible for us to make an amendment, for whatever reason, you have the choice of proceeding with the holiday as originally booked, or of cancelling and paying cancellation charges in accordance with the scale above.
For confirmed amendments, you are responsible for ensuring that your visa and/or insurance cover remains.
Should you decide, while in Morocco, to deviate from your planned itinerary any additional expense resulting from such an action must be paid direct to those providing the service.
No Refund Will Be Considered For Unused, Pre-booked Accommodation.

--------------------Force Majeure Changes or Cancellation

We may have to make changes to your travel arrangements in the event of force majeure.
If we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way because of force majeure, we will refund any sum paid by you, including the deposit, but will not be liable to pay compensation to you.
Force majeure is for example, circumstances where performance and/or prompt performance is prevented by war, threat of war, riot, civil disturbance, natural or nuclear disasters, industrial dispute (defined below), terrorist activity, fire, or adverse weather conditions. Industrial dispute is defined as a dispute between a person, other than ourselves, supplying services comprised in travel arrangements and (a) his employee and/or (b) any other person whose services affect the travel arrangements, which we cannot reasonably be expected to overcome by substituting comparable alternative arrangements

--------------------Cancellation or Delay of Aircraft or Other Transportation

We do not accept liability for any additional cost, which you may incur as a result of delays or cancellation of international or domestic flights, or any other transportation for any reason beyond our control. We regret that it is not possible to recover the cost of unused, pre-booked accommodation or service. Any additional costs involved in such a delay are to be met by the client. If delay is caused by technical problems, the airline will normally provide airport meals and accommodation where necessary. However, if caused by bad weather, strikes, traffic control etc., the airline will seldom offer any compensation as the delay is outside their control.


In the event of any dissatisfaction with the accommodation or any other service provided, the matter MUST be reported immediately to the organization concerned (i.e. Hotel Manager, Agents etc.) so that immediate action can be taken to remedy the problem. Thereafter the matter must be referred, in writing within 10 days subsequent to the client’s return. (Your expert driver/guide can act as your agent assistant for any problem while you are travelling around the country! any problem can be reported to him immediately.)

--------------------Travel Insurance

Although we will do everything possible to ensure your safety and enjoyment during your stay, 123 Morocco is not liable for any personal injury or loss incurred while visiting Morocco.
We recommend highly that you purchase travel insurance.
Customers are required to provide for themselves all necessary insurance against personal injury, loss, damage, theft, cancellation, delay etc.


The standard of accommodation will vary according to the standards available in Morocco and should be judged according to local standards.
If you are in any doubt about the suitability, to your own requirements, of the facilities, transport, accommodation or conditions prevailing in Morocco, then you should make written enquiry to us as we cannot otherwise be held responsible for failure to meet your requirements.
Whilst every effort will be made to meet reasonable requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

--------------------Special Requests

Special requests or requirements that are essential to your booking (e.g. dietary requirements, wheelchair assistance or special facilities for certain medical conditions) must be made known to us in writing before you book.
We will contact our suppliers and the request will only become a term of your contract with us if we confirm in writing that the request can be met and your booking proceeds on that basis.
We are happy to pass on any other reasonable requests that you may have (e.g. desired location of hotel rooms or other requirements as to meals) but they cannot be guaranteed and will not form part of our contract. No compensation will be payable if such requests are not fulfilled.

--------------------Responsibility Statement

123 Morocco accept responsibility for ensuring the holiday that you booked with us (for the land only), is supplied as described in this web site or within your customized itinerary and the services offered reach a reasonable standard..... (Accommodation, airport transfers, Private car and driver/guide for entire trip and certified guides for cities according to your itinerary)


123 morocco acts as an agent for and on behalf of the customer or other entity engaging 123 morocco services.
123 morocco, its employees or any other entities collaborating with 123 morocco shall in no wise be held or be deemed responsible or liable for any accident, injury, illness, delay, deviation, curtailment, actual or impending official or unofficial strike or other industrial action, loss of property or consequential loss, or other damage, howsoever caused.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, 123 morocco reserves the right to substitute facilities/features of equivalent or superior standard/ value, or to amend routings, in the interest of participant’s comfort and safety, without notice.
All services provided by 123 morocco are subject to the aforementioned conditions. All bookings are subjects to Moroccan law.

--------------------Legal Settlement

In the event of disagreement concerning articles in the present terms & conditions, the parties would try to solve the problems in a friendly manner, failing this, the dispute would have to be taken to the High Court of Casablanca
Please note that by sending 123 Morocco, you do agree about our terms and conditions without the signing of this contract.
